Certified Collectors on Staff

Chain of Custody Documentation

We provide complete Chain of Custody (COC) forms and test kits, giving employers the documentation needed to support workplace policy enforcement and legal proceedings.

Contracted MRO Review

Non-negative results are reviewed by a contracted Medical Review Officer (MRO) — a licensed physician who verifies results and contacts donors before any report reaches the employer.

Daniel Wiggs founded D&D Drug Testing in 2007, bringing with him nearly a decade of industry experience dating back to 1999. With over 25 years in the field, Daniel built D&D on a commitment to making professional, compliant drug and alcohol testing accessible to employers of all sizes. As an owner-operator, he brings hands-on expertise and personal accountability to every client relationship — with deep knowledge of DOT compliance requirements and workplace drug testing best practices, Daniel is directly involved in ensuring every program meets the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
